Bet Jee Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Bet Jee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Bet Jee website, mobile interface and all related services available at betjee.me.

By completing the registration process and creating a Bet Jee account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines or policies that Bet Jee publishes on the platform from time to time, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy — all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are registering on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. Bet Jee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open and use a Bet Jee account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bet Jee strictly prohibits access by minors. If we reasonably suspect that an account is being operated by or on behalf of a person under 18, we will suspend that account immediately and retain any balance pending a formal age verification review.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf — not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity — unless you have received prior written approval from Bet Jee.
• You must not already hold another active Bet Jee account. Each player is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts is considered a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee or proxy for any other person when placing bets or managing your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or affiliate of Bet Jee, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless explicitly authorised in writing by Bet Jee management.

Bet Jee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

When registering a Bet Jee account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at all times. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If we discover that information you provided during registration is false, misleading or incomplete, Bet Jee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account and retain any funds in accordance with our fraud prevention procedures.

Your Bet Jee account credentials — including your username, password and any linked mobile number — are your sole responsibility. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone, including Bet Jee support staff (we will never ask for your password).
• Use a strong password that is unique to your Bet Jee account and not used on other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify Bet Jee immediately at support@betjee.me if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Bet Jee is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Each registered account is strictly personal — it cannot be transferred to, sold to, gifted to or operated by any other person.

Bet Jee operates a one-account-per-player policy. If we identify that you are operating, or have previously operated, multiple accounts, we may void all bets across those accounts and close them without notice. This policy exists to prevent bonus abuse and to maintain fair play for all Bet Jee users.

Bet Jee accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Bet Jee, though individual payment providers may impose their own daily transaction limits.

All deposits must come from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Bet Jee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If we identify that a deposit was made from an account not belonging to the registered player, we will freeze the associated funds pending investigation and may refund the amount to the original source.

Bet Jee does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own service charges. We recommend checking your provider's fee schedule before making a deposit.

Bet Jee processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only.

Standard withdrawal processing times at Bet Jee are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 5 minutes in most cases, 24/7 including weekends and public holidays.
• IBFT bank transfer: Typically within 2–4 hours during business days. May take up to one business day during weekends or public holidays.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Before a withdrawal is processed, Bet Jee may carry out standard identity verification checks in line with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national identity card (CNIC) or other documentation. Providing accurate and timely documentation will ensure there is no unnecessary delay in processing your request.

Bet Jee reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if there is an active investigation into potential fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms connected to the account. We will notify you of any such hold and the estimated resolution timeline.

Withdrawals from accounts that have received bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with those bonuses. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements may result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being voided.

All bets placed at Bet Jee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the event, competition or game on which the bet is placed. General betting rules applicable across all markets are as follows:

• The minimum stake for a single bet is Rs 200. The minimum accumulator stake is also Rs 200 regardless of the number of legs.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by Bet Jee, it cannot be cancelled, amended or withdrawn by the player.
• Bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body, league or tournament organiser. Bet Jee uses verified data providers to confirm results.
• In the event that an official result is later reversed, amended or disqualified by the governing body, Bet Jee reserves the right to re-settle bets accordingly.
• If an event is cancelled and not replayed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player balances.
• If an event is postponed and replayed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, pre-match bets will be carried over to the rescheduled event unless the player requests a void within the cancellation window.
• For accumulator bets containing a voided leg, the void leg is removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining selections at recalculated combined odds.
• Bet Jee reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator at its discretion. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant market or on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event — unless specifically offered as in-play markets — are void. Bet Jee uses automated systems to detect and void such bets.
• In the event of a system or technical error resulting in an incorrect odds display, Bet Jee reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and offer the player the option to re-place at the correct odds.

Bet Jee offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In addition, the following general bonus rules apply across all Bet Jee promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bet Jee account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements for welcome bonuses are 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who open multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses will have all associated accounts and balances closed without notice.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another player's account.
• Bet Jee reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions with a stated end date will not be extended.
• Free bets, if offered, are non-withdrawable. Only winnings derived from free bets are eligible for withdrawal, subject to any stated wagering requirements.
• Bet Jee may withhold or reverse bonus credits if we identify abuse of promotional terms, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce risk, using bonus funds in excluded games, or opening multiple accounts.

The Refer a Friend programme at Bet Jee is subject to its own dedicated terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Referral rewards are conditional on the referred player completing a qualifying deposit and meeting the stated activity threshold within the promotional window.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bet Jee platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Bet Jee account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using payment methods, cards or accounts that do not belong to you.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, staking in excluded games, or using automated strategies to exploit promotional terms.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on any Bet Jee market.
• Attempting to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit technical errors, glitches or software vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Bet Jee platform without prior written authorisation.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime through the Bet Jee platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Bet Jee staff or other players through any communication channel.

Bet Jee employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be placed under enhanced review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily held. We will communicate with affected players transparently and resolve investigations as promptly as possible.

Bet Jee takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We offer the following player protection tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set a notification to alert you after a specified period of continuous platform use.
• Cool-off periods: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days during which your account is inaccessible for betting but your balance is preserved.
• Self-exclusion: Request a full exclusion of 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent. During self-exclusion, your account is closed, all marketing communications cease and you cannot re-register a new account for the duration of the exclusion.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders during active sessions showing your net win/loss position and time spent.

All content on the Bet Jee platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, data feeds, odds compilations and game content — is the intellectual property of Bet Jee or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Bet Jee platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any Bet Jee content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the Bet Jee brand name, logo or trademarks for any commercial purpose.
• Scrape, index or systematically extract data from the Bet Jee platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Bet Jee content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bet Jee's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bet Jee shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage.
• Platform downtime or service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures or acts of God.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or your use of the platform on unsecured networks.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information provided by third-party data providers whose feeds are used on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Bet Jee's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Bet Jee reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• A player is suspected of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• A player's identity verification documents cannot be confirmed as authentic.
• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.
• Bet Jee is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or court order.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Bet Jee will notify the player by email or the contact details registered on the account and provide an estimated timeline for resolution. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited in accordance with the specific circumstances of the breach.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact Bet Jee support at support@betjee.me. Any balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's most recently used payment method within five business days.

Bet Jee collects and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform. The types of data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it and your rights in relation to that data are set out in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation.

By registering a Bet Jee account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect registration data, transactional data, device and browser information, and communication history.
• We use this data to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and personalise your experience.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

Bet Jee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of no less than seven days prior to the changes taking effect.

If you continue to use Bet Jee after the effective date of any revision, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
